I met Erica in 2010. My previous beautician retired. Therefore, I had no idea what to do concerning my hair. My husband said "baby I saw a salon in Beltway Plaza across from the Giant Food Store."  After bouncing around from shop to shop when I relocated to MD, it was very difficult to find a stylist who was professional, consistent and current with the times of natural hair care. Finding Erica was a gold mine for me. She immediately learned my hair needs and texture along with my personality and catered to all my spontaneous and crazy requests.
